How Long to Deliver?
Delivery is on Monday to Friday only and is arranged through Australia Post. We do not deliver on weekends or public holidays. Orders placed on the weekend will be dispatched the next business day.

Delivery to Wrong Address
If you supply an incorrect address and we deliver the item, then we accept no responsibility for the error. If we need to redeliver to another address there will be a new delivery charge and delivery delays.
Delivery of Your Product
We are aware that every Healing & Empowerment Kit delivery is special. To help us with a smooth delivery, at “Checkout” you have an opportunity to leave us a comment in the “Order Notes” field, so please let us know anything that will help with the delivery process, such as if the delivery is OK to be left at the door etc.
During the last 3 weeks of December, our couriers experience an unprecedented volume of hamper deliveries. Please allow a few extra days for delivery. We will endeavour to have your hampers delivered as close to your preferred delivery date as possible.
